Always….
BOOM! SUMMER!
So… I have been M.I.A for a really long while
and here is a summary of events that has happened…
1) Company Call blueREP @ 20 Concert!
I will admit… yea… i wasn’t as… uh… emotionally stable during this period… but still I HAD FUN! and i lost some weight too during this period! YAY! but i think i gained it all back.. BOOOO! Whatever… It was definitely an experience I’ll never forget… trust me.. NEVER! especially being part of the tenor group… i miss being a dude… LOL! (just to clarify… yes i am a girl… I’m supposed to be alto… but because my voice is weirdly manly i sang tenor parts… which i enjoyed! >.<)
2) I HAD A HAIRCUT!
and not just some trim…. i mean a LEGIT haircut… like… BAM! SUPER SHORT HAIR! haha! yes i almost bolted out of the salon when the hairdresser tied my hair in a ponytail and took a pair if scissors and chopped… i mean CHOPPED not cut… CHOOPPPPEEDDD my hair off… hahahaha! took me awhile to embrace my new look… haha!
3) Lit 14 play, where I finally realized the importance of bring earnest… (Oscar Wilde… YOU DA MAN!)
Need i say more? I miss those lil brats :’) speaking of which.. yesterday was a really nice way to end the year (freshman year that is) I LOVE YOU GUYS! AND YOU KNOW IT! >:) LETS HAVE ANOTHER ROUND OF I HAVE NEVER! :B

4) SUMMERTIME (ok so this has not happened yet… more like in the process)
ITS SUMMER!! WOOOT WOOOT! so time to lose more weight and look hot when Im at Boracay with my siblings… IM SO EXCITED!!! AND IM GOING BACK TO SINGAPORE!!! WOOOHH! but only for a week though :( SO DEAR FRIENDS IN SINGAPORE! PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP SO I CAN SCHEDULE SHYT TO DO WITH YOU GUYS! <3

Check out the latest poster of Ateneo Blue Repertory’s COMPANY CALL: BLUEREP at 20. A one night only concert featuring Bluereppers past and present. So many productions jam-packed into one night of song and dance.
Directing a concert is different. There’s a smorgasbord of context involved, and well, it’s a bit of a challenge narrowing down and concretizing an actor’s objectives per number since it keeps changing. There are so many nuances per song, and in some songs, they carry out several objectives. Basically, the actors have to be schizo in this show. One minute high school students, the next minute villagers chastising a Batboy, the next minute taxi dancers at the Club Pompeii. There’s also the matter of the alumni who have their own preoccupations, having student actors with other preoccupations, and other matters involved with working with people in school. But the passion is there. Just needs a lil’ push really.
It’s going down to the wire. Two more weeks and we’ve still got a long way to go. But I’m confident that we’ll be able to pull this off - and if ever, it would be one of the biggest feats ever accomplished in Bluerep history. It’s time to rally - including me (yes despite my other obligations)… insurmountable obligations. To quote a line from the show, “We’re all in this together!”
